If that doesn't work, employ your brother with a set of pliers.
(Seriously, this was freaking me out).
In the end, none of it worked and he still has a loose front tooth.
Oh my gosh he is super brave...when I was a kid, my sister and I would be screaming if someone was trying to pull a tooth. I think Michael looks good with a wiggly tooth in the middle :)
