These following pictures and slideshows are from our weekend trip to Philadelphia. We sure had a lot of fun. We made a stop at Gettysburg, we saw the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We toured Ben Franklin's home, some old churches and the National Constitution Center. At this Fire House museum we saw fire trucks/wagons well over 200 years old. The boys loved playing in the park and riding the carousel and were even recruited into the Continental Army. They mostly loved the hotel, staying some place new and swimming in the indoor pool. It sure was nice to get away for the weekend and see some historical sites and learn more about our country's founding.

Doesn't our family look great as money. However, I really

should be on something higher than a $5 bill.

Our family went to a small water park here in Glen Allen last week. The boys had an absolute blast. They had two large pools with only a few feet of water and lots of little water slides. It was just perfect for the kids. They loved being able to go down by themselves and we had such a nice time.
