WELCOME SUMMER!

THE DIRTY DASH

Scot and I ran the Dirty Dash this year.  This is a 4.5 mile race with tons of obstacles along the way, all including the same element - MUD - and plenty of it.  We had a blast (and got dirty in places you didn't think you would get dirty).  So fun!!!!

The Dirty Dash was followed by the Piglet Plunge.  Same idea, but for the little ones and only a mile long.  The boys had fun.  I think Michael was more into it than Braxton.

We were trying to clean off a little before getting into the car.  Michael looked like he had hair in his armpits, so I had to take a picture of my manly Michael.

And of course, Xander tried to play in the dirt as much as possible during the race.

We went camping at Lake Chelan for Memorial Day weekend and had a fun time. The weather was perfect and we were also able to celebrate Michael's birthday.

Michael wanted crepes for breakfast and we roasted hot dogs and smores for his dinner (oh, and

Jell-O of course).  He had a Star Wars light saber cake and got Legos and a new DS game for his presents.  How he grows so fast I just don't know.  Happy Birthday.

We went down to Utah for my brother Brett and McKenzie's wedding. They are so cute together and we could not be more happy for them.
