Here is our Summer recap. We skipped the last few days of school to head to Yellowstone. We were excited to show the boys all the sites and we loved spending time with family.

We went camping at the lake for the 4th of July.

We took off to Utah for a nice long vacation that seemed so short since we were busy every minute it seemed.

Celebrated Corvin's 5th birthday.

Went 4-wheeling and had a blast.  Who doesn't love to get dirty.

 

Went to Lagoon a few times and Seven Peaks.

Salt Lake Children's Museum

And back home again to go to Silverwood (more amusement parks) and even more hiking.

                                 

Then we had swimming lessons and played around for the rest of our lazy summer days.

Happy Easter. The Easter Bunny stopped at our house, did he come to yours? We had fun dying Easter eggs and hunting for our baskets and all the hidden jelly beans.

We had a mini-mini vacation and went to an indoor water park in Idaho. My boys have so much fun swimming, sliding, and body boarding. We all enjoyed the 84 degrees in this cold and wet season.

We had the most wonderful opportunity to have two students from Japan come and stay with us for a few days. Meet Yoichiro and Kenta.  They became our boys' best friends immediately. They were so fun & eager to see and try new things.  

We enjoyed going bowling and ice skating with Kenta and Yoichiro.

They had big hearts, big personalities and even bigger appetites.  We miss them already.

Here they are performing a song and dance number at the farewell dinner we had the last night they were in town.  It was the cutest/funniest thing I have seen in a while.

I had to include more Xander pictures. This is over at the church at the boys' Blue & Gold banquet for Scouts. I should have been embarrassed, but it was too cute.

Scot and I did celebrate our birthdays (I forgot to throw down these pics).  I love Xander trying to blow out the candles in both pictures.
